January 2018 Newsletter

The holidays sure flew by quick! We hope you and your family had a fun celebration and made some special lifelong memories together. The sunrise kids worked hard to create and learn all the art and curriculum from traditions around the world last month.

Our themes for January are “winter,” and “arctic and Antarctic animals.” Ask your kids what they’re learning about after school and we’re sure they’ll have a lot to say! Sunrise will be closed on Martin Luther King Day on January 15th for the federal holiday. There’s another Kid’s Movie Night coming up January 13th from 4:00 – 8:00pm if you parents need a night out. We have a lot of new families at the preschool so be sure and introduce yourselves, bring us a family photo if you haven’t yet, and remember to legibly write your name in the sign in/out book.
