June 2017 Newsletter

Congratulations to Sunrise’s largest graduating class ever! These kids have grown so much in so many ways and we will miss them terribly as they move on to life’s next big adventure. This month the children have been busy preparing the garden for vegetables they’ve been growing from seeds. We had a super fun field trip to the Butterfly Pavilion and big thanks to all the parents who helped drive and volunteer to chaperone.

Summer is here and this June we’ll be busy cooling off in the sprinklers so please make sure your child has a bathing suit, spare clothes, and a sun hat at school. The teachers have some creative art themes for the kids to make for camp this month and are excited for more nature walking now that the weather is nicer. Look for the sign-up sheet for the next parent’s night out on Friday, June 23rd from 5:00-8:00pm!
