December 2015 Newsletter

What a big month the children had in November with the stories, activities, and lessons about Dinasours! I'm sure you saw all the artwork but don't forget to a ask your kids what they learned.

Last month was the big field trip to the CU Science Museum and the children had a blast riding the skip bus and learning about Dinosaurs on their tour seeing fossils and using the sensory activities.

The theme for December "Holidays Around the World" begins this week with the kids learning about Ramadan and then Diwali. Yoga will take place Wednesdays the 2nd and 16th this month, and Sunrise will be closed on Thursday, December 24th and Friday, December 25th to recognize the federal holidays. We know this time of year can be busy at home but when you have the time please fill out and return the "holiday traditions" form so we can share with the kids.
