December 2019 Newsletter

The Sunrise children learned so much about Dinosaurs last month, made a ton of art, and loved the field trip. Thanks so much to our parent volunteer helpers to the museum! We hope your families had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and stayed warm in the snowstorm. The “Hugin & His Carrot” feltboard story about sharing has been moved to December 17th at 9:30 am. There will be a snack afterwards in the gym, and we hope you all can make it!

We have begun our new theme “Holidays Around the World” this month and will share popular traditions from other cultures. There’s a Kid’s Movie Night Friday, December 6th from 4-8pm if you need a night out. The preschool will close early December 24th, at 1:00pm for Christmas Eve, and December 25th and 26th all day for Christmas. We hope you have a relaxing time with your loved ones however you celebrate the holiday season!
